For instance, if someone is truly passionate about their studies and sets a clear goal of becoming an IAS officer, their dedication will lead them there. However, he notes that a major challenge with today’s generation is their struggle to cultivate that level of passion and commitment.

He affirms that anyone who truly develops passion for their goal is bound to achieve it. To illustrate this, he shares an example: out of 60 players, only one advanced to the international level. The others did not fall short due to a lack of talent, but because they approached their pursuit as a routine rather than a wholehearted commitment. True success, he explains, demands unwavering dedication—not mere participation.

He emphasizes that success is only possible when one approaches every task with true dedication and passion. Without these, goals remain distant dreams—but with them, even the most ambitious targets become attainable.
