हाँ, मैं संस्कारी हूँ...

हाँ, मैं संस्कारी हूँ…
बनती हूँ डॉक्टर, इंजीनियर, प्रोफेसर,
सरहद पर खड़े करती हूँ मैं भी अपने देश की रक्षा....
पर ये भी ज्ञात है मुझे, कि करनी है अपनी संस्कृति और संस्कारों की भी सुरक्षा।

हाँ, मैं संस्कारी हूँ...
जाती हूँ मैं ऑफिस, पहनती हूँ मैं फॉर्मल ड्रेस,
करने लगी हूँ मैं भी सोलो ट्रिप्स,
पर जब हो ज़रूरी, गर्व से अपनी पारंपरिक साड़ी पहन, लाज का घूंघट ओढ़,
मिलूँगी मैं आपको हमेशा उपस्थित।

हाँ, मैं संस्कारी हूँ...
पसंद है मुझे अपने तरीके से रहना,
किसी के दबाव में नहीं, अपने फैसले खुद से लेना,
अनेकों मुश्किलें पार कर, अपने सपनों की उड़ान भरना,
पर भूली नहीं मैं, हैं मेरे संस्कारों का कहना,
कि विनम्रता और शालीनता होती है एक नारी का सबसे बड़ा गहना।

हाँ, मैं संस्कारी हूँ...
निडर हूँ, सक्षम हूँ, आत्मनिर्भर हूँ,
माँ दुर्गा की तरह हैं मेरे भी अनेकों हाथ,
किन्तु जब आती है परिवार की बात, कर जाती हूँ मैं बड़े-बड़े बलिदान व त्याग,
क्योंकि पता है मुझे, है सर्वोपरि बड़ों का आशीर्वाद व अपनों का साथ...
