Dr. Kalpana Fatawat, an Associate Professor in the Department of CSE at Techno NJR Institute of Technology, Udaipur shares her motivational thoughts.

Associate Professor, Dr. Kalpana has always been deeply inspired by the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita. She says one line that really stays with her is, “If things go our way, that’s good. If they don’t, that’s even better.” Because sometimes, what’s meant for us just takes a little longer to arrive.

She truly believes in one thing: “Winners never quit, and quitters never win.” At the end of the day, it’s all about our mindset. This mindset is also reflected in the beautiful line: “मन के जीते जीत है, मन के हारे हार...”
