He explains that the first letter, 'P', stands for Positivity. Recalling a moment when he was looking out of a window, he observed human nature: someone was looking for a stain in the moon, while someone else was looking for a lotus in the mud. He urges us to cultivate the ability to find that lotus, meaning we must actively choose to see positivity even within negativity.

The next 'P' in his formula stands for Patience. He points out that all the great men and saints in our country share one defining, common quality, which is their unwavering patience.

The third 'P' represents Politeness, or humility. To illustrate this, he gives a beautiful example: if you want to spread fragrance with incense, you have to bow it down to light it. He notes that the one who bows down to you will ultimately be higher than you in stature. Furthermore, he adds that while the wind can easily extinguish a lamp, it cannot extinguish incense, because the incense is actively spreading continuous fragrance and positivity.

The final letter in the formula is 'H', which means Hope. He encourages everyone to become hopeful and beautifully captures this spirit by reciting a powerful line: 'बंदे हैं हम उसके, हम पे किसका ज़ोर? उम्मीदों के सूरज निकले चारों ओर। इरादे हैं फौलादी, हिम्मती हर कदम, अपने हाथों किस्मत लिखने आज चले हैं हम।'
